Return stepsWe confirm your request and provide return instructions.Pack the item securely.Ship it back using the instructions we provide.Once received and inspected, we process your refund.

Refund timingRefund processing starts after the returned item arrives and passes inspection. Processing usually takes a few business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Where refunds goRefunds go back to the same payment method used for the order when possible. If not possible, we will coordinate an alternative.

Condition for return approvalTo protect customer safety and product integrity, returns are only accepted if:

The product is unopenedThe safety seal is intactThe packaging is complete and not tampered with

Items returned without approval or shipped to the wrong address may not qualify for a refund.

If you missed the 30-day windowRequests submitted after 30 days from delivery are not eligible for return or refund.

Duplicate ordersWe are not responsible for duplicate orders placed by the customer.

Undelivered or returned-to-sender shipmentsIf your shipment is returned to us as undelivered, you may choose:

Reshipment at no additional shipping cost, orA refund for the product cost after the shipment is received back

Refused packagesIf possible, do not refuse the package. Accept it, then contact us to start the return process properly.

If you refuse a package for reasons other than visible damage, a refund is only possible if we receive the package back. Refused shipments sometimes get lost in transit. If it does not return to us, we cannot issue a refund.

Damaged or defective itemsIf your order arrives damaged, leaking, punctured, or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery and send clear photos of:

We will offer a replacement or refund based on inspection and stock availability.

Our 60-Day Try-It CommitmentDesire is designed for daily use. Many people notice better results with consistent use.

We recommend trying Desire for 60 days for best evaluation.

How this works with the 30-day return policyThe 30-day return policy is for unopened, sealed items only.If you want to “try” the product, keep using it. Do not return opened items.If you are unsure after 30 days, continue the routine to complete 60 days. Reach out anytime for guidance on proper use.
